Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy

My aim is to provide a respectful, safe, confidential and supportive environment where clients can explore and work through any emotional or life difficulties.  I believe that each individual has the ability to reach their true potential within safe and non-judgemental space that the therapeutic relationship can offer.

My philosophy as a psychotherapists spans between psycho-dynamic, body psychotherapy and person centred approaches. I always put emphasis on the relationship that offers contact and allows to meet the client at where they are.

I integrate different approaches depending on each client’s specific requirements and facilitate all clients to develop clarity, so that they may live with greater meaning, awareness and peace of mind.

The integration shows almost catalytic in the search for new ways of conceptualising and conducting psychotherapy that go beyond the confines of single theory. I would explain integration as completing the whole, which offers a sense of holistic care that psychotherapy provides for a client.
